Manchester Emergency Fund Charity Gig at Nantwich Football Ground 02.07.17

Nantwich Football Ground in the sunshine today.

It was a gorgeous sunny day today at Nantwich Football Ground for a fundraiser organised by local radio station Redshift Radio to raise funds for the Red Cross Manchester Emergency Fund for families effected by the recent Manchester terrorist attack.

I was honoured to be asked to play a few songs, as this is obviously a matter very close to anyone from the Northwest.

Thank you for coming down and supporting this great cause, thank you to Liz and everyone at Redshift for your hard work in organising it, and I hope you raise lots of money for this very important cause.

Today I played:

Human (Rag and Bone Man cover)

Bridge Over Troubled Water (S&G cover)

I am a Rock (S&G cover)

Sophie Draw

You Can Go Your Own Way (Fleetwood Mac Cover)

How the Other Half Live

I’m Just Gonna Be Me

You Can’t Keep a Good Man Down

  1. Thank you Tim!! It was so lovely to have you play for us again!

I should point out that I was just part of the team led by Vicky WIlliams from Nantwich Town FC and Helen Tew whose friend was injured in the bomb.

A super day was had by all!
