I think the worst judge in all this is yourself. It wasn’t until I started having medication that I felt ‘vindicated’ as having mental health issues, before that I often thought I was ‘faking it’ because I was ‘coping,’ because I was ‘ok’ some of the time. Of course this is ridiculous; whatever treatment you get, your struggle is as valid as anyone else’s.

Mental health is as individual as physical health, and each person’s battle with mental illness is their own.

Big love to anyone who is going through tough times at the moment. Your struggle is always valid, important and relevant.

There are always people who care about you. You are loved.
